an accountant with a wild side, they say, a country mile wide
writing poems through a lens
I dabble in goats, and summer time floats
and a good game of poker with friends
edges are a little rough, sentimental, oddly enough
work hard to never condescend
a hubby, a kid, all grown up yes she did
and a picture spot I’ll recommend
softballs a passion, t-shirts my fashion
a crazy Aunt to the end
animal lover, new trails to discover
and the rhyming’s getting old, my friend
the bottom line is, however you live(s)
I hope I’ve a picture to send
(with or without, quirky poetry no doubt
YES! Your ear I will bend).
Hoping you find a picture of mine
that whispers “remember when”
